Facility Managers. With the concurrence of the employee, employees assigned as Facilities Manager will be paid an additional one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) an hour while assigned as Facility Manager, in addition to any other shift/differential pay. The Facility Manager will be in charge of ensuring all facility tasking is complete. This amount is only paid for hours worked.
ARTICLE 11: NEW JOBS When new bargaining unit jobs are required that cannot be properly encompassed within an existing job specialty, the Company will notify the Union, in writing, of the requirements and will endeavor to discuss with the Union the rate of pay prior to the Company establishing the new classification and rate of pay. The Union shall have thirty (30) days from the date of notification in which to challenge the rate of pay. If necessary, this matter is subject to the grievance procedure up to and including arbitration. The Company has the right to determine the job qualifications. Copies of job descriptions and required qualifications shall be retained in the Program Manager's Office and shall be made available to employees upon request. The Union shall be advised, in writing, of any revisions or modifications of job descriptions or qualifications.
a) Should the Company revise an existing job classification, they shall have thirty (30) days to notify the Union in writing of the revision. The Union shall have the right to challenge the rate of pay based upon any changes.
