Facility Letter. Any and all references to “Related Documents”, in any Related Documents, shall be read to include this Amendment Agreement.
Facility Letter. The terms of the Facility Letter shall from part of this Agreement and shall be in addition to and be read in conjunction with the terms of this Agreement. If there are any inconsistencies between the terms of the Facility Letter and this Agreement then, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
