Common use of Facility Increase Fee Clause in Contracts

Facility Increase Fee. Borrower hereby agrees to pay Lender a Facility Increase Fee in the amount of $20,000, simultaneously with the execution of this Amendment, which fee is fully earned as of the date hereof.
