Facility Documents. The Collateral Manager shall comply with the terms of and employ the procedures outlined in this Agreement, and all of the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party and take all such action to such end consistent with the provisions of Section 7.2(a) as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Facility Agent.
