Facility Capacity. Seller shall also transmit to Buyer any other data from the Facility that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ receives on a real time basis. Seller shall provide such real time data to Buyer on the same basis as the basis on which Seller receives the data (e.g., if Seller receives the data in four second intervals, Buyer shall also receive the data in four second intervals).
