Common use of Facility B Clause in Contracts

Facility B. SunOpta Food Group may borrow, repay and reborrow or otherwise obtain an Advance under Facility B up to the lesser of the Facility B Borrowing Base and a maximum principal amount of US$80,000,000.

Facility B. SunOpta Food Group Foods may borrow, repay and reborrow or otherwise obtain an Advance Advances under Facility B up to the lesser of the Facility B Borrowing Base and a maximum principal amount of US$80,000,000165,000,000 (the “Facility B Credit Limit”).

Facility B. SunOpta Food Group may borrow, repay and reborrow or otherwise obtain an Advance under Facility B up to the lesser of the Facility B Borrowing Base and a maximum principal amount of US$80,000,00060,000,000.

Facility B. SunOpta Food Group may borrow, repay and reborrow or otherwise obtain an Advance Advances under Facility B up to the lesser of the Facility B Borrowing Base and a maximum principal amount of US$80,000,000100,000,000 (the “Facility B Credit Limit”).
