Facility Attendant. The general duties of this classification shall include, but not be limited to, providing regular monitoring duties throughout the Dow Centennial Centre. Responsible for ensuring safe and orderly conduct throughout the building, ensuring customers have paid prior to participation in events and assisting Custodians in the set up and tear down of equipment and providing light custodial assistance.
Facility Attendant. The Association’s attendant will be available for private rentals that occur in the evening. The attendant shall be present on the property between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM and will 1.) Monitor noise level and its impact on adjacent residences; 2.) Make sure renter and guests remain indoors; 3.) Make sure renters vacate the facility at or before contracted departure time, and 4.)
Facility Attendant. City shall provide a building attendant who will remain on-site during the times the Facility is used by all non-District users. The costs for such attendant shall be included as part of the Facility Use Fees paid by all public and/or private uses.
