Facility Assignment and Self-Surrender. The government will not object to defendant's request that the Court recommend to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons that the defendant be assigned to a facility in proximity to Little Rock, Arkansas to serve his sentence of imprisonment, and that the Court order that the defendant be released following imposition of sentence to allow him to self-surrender to the assigned facility on a specified date. The government agrees that it will recommend the release of the defendant on his personal recognizance, under 18 U.S.C. § 3142, with travel restricted to within the United States.
