Common use of Facility Approvals Clause in Contracts

Facility Approvals. Pfizer will secure and maintain in good order, at its sole cost and expense, such current governmental registrations, licences, permits and approvals as are required by Regulatory Authorities in order for Pfizer to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement and to manufacture the Products at the Facility.
