Facility Agreement undertakings comply with the provisions of clause 15 and 16 (Undertakings) of the Facility Agreement (as if the same were set out in this Deed mutatis mutandis) to the extent that such provisions are expressed to be binding on an Obligor or are matters to be procured by the Borrower in relation to the Company (in whatever capacity);
