Facility Agreement representations. On the date of this Agreement, each Obligor that is a party to this Agreement (hereinafter in this Agreement an “Obligor”) makes each of the Repeating Representations as set out in clause 18 (Representations) of the Amended Facility Agreement and updated with appropriate modifications to refer to this Agreement.
