Common use of Facility Agent’s and Security Clause in Contracts

Facility Agent’s and Security. Agent’s management time Any amount payable to the Facility Agent or the Security Agent under Clause 16.3 (Obligors’ Indemnity to the Facility Agent), Clause 17 (Costs and expenses), Clause 29.13 (Lenders’ indemnity to the Facility Agent) and Clause 29.14 (Secured Parties’ indemnity to the Security Agent) shall include the cost of utilising the Facility Agent’s or the Security Agent’s management time or other resources and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Facility Agent or the Security Agent may notify to the Obligors’ Agent and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Facility Agent under Clause 12 (Fees).
