Facility Additions Sample Clauses

Facility Additions. From time to time, upon mutual agreement of the Parties, additional interconnection trunks and associated facilities shall be installed and maintained when the capacity of existing trunks are exceeded or are expected to be exceeded. Where additional trunks or associated facilities are required, such equipment shall be obtained, engineered, and installed on the same basis and with the same intervals as any similar addition of trunks or facilities for the provisioning Party’s own internal needs.
