Common use of Facility A Clause in Contracts

Facility A. SunOpta may borrow, repay and reborrow or otherwise obtain Advances under Facility A up to the lesser of the Facility A Borrowing Base and a maximum principal amount of $10,000,000 or the equivalent US Dollar Amount thereof (the “Facility A Credit Limit”).

Facility A. SunOpta may borrow, repay and reborrow or otherwise obtain Advances an Advance under Facility A up to the lesser of the Facility A Borrowing Base and a maximum principal amount of $10,000,000 20,000,000 or the equivalent US Dollar Amount thereof (the “Facility A Credit Limit”)thereof.

Facility A. SunOpta may borrow, repay and reborrow or otherwise obtain Advances under Facility A up to the lesser of the Facility A Borrowing Base and a maximum principal amount of $10,000,000 5,000,000 or the equivalent US Dollar Amount thereof (the “Facility A Credit Limit”).
