Common use of Facilities Clause in Contracts

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT shall, at ENT’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT or ENT Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT NexGen shall, at ENTNexGen’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT NexGen or ENT NexGen Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Wide Voice shall, at ENTWide Voice’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Wide Voice or ENT Wide Voice Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Cost Plus shall, at ENTCost Plus’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Cost Plus or ENT Cost Plus Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Talk America shall, at ENTTalk America’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Talk America or ENT Talk America Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT iNetworks shall, at ENT’s iNetworks’ expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT iNetworks, Resellers, Reseller Customers, or ENT Customers any third party, for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Airus shall, at ENTAirus’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Airus or ENT Airus Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT PW shall, at ENTPW’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT PW or ENT PW Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT D-Max shall, at ENTD-Max’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT D-Max or ENT D-Max Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT WiMacTel shall, at ENTWiMacTel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT WiMacTel or ENT WiMacTel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Onvoy shall, at ENTOnvoy’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Onvoy or ENT Onvoy Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT MHT shall, at ENTMHT’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT MHT or ENT MHT Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT TWCIS shall, at ENTTWCIS’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT TWCIS or ENT TWCIS Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Dynalink Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Dynalink shall, at ENTDynalink’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Dynalink or ENT Dynalink Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Hypercube Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Hypercube shall, at ENTHypercube’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Hypercube or ENT Hypercube Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT dishNet Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT dishNet shall, at ENTdishNet’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT dishNet or ENT dishNet Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT CBAD Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT CBAD shall, at ENTCBAD’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT CBAD or ENT CBAD Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT CTT shall, at ENTCTT’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT CTT or ENT CTT Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Ygnition shall, at ENTYgnition’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Ygnition or ENT Ygnition Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Ymax shall, at ENTXxxx’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Ymax or ENT Ymax Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Cypress Communications Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Cypress Communications shall, at ENT’s Cypress Communications’ expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Cypress Communications or ENT Cypress Communications Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Globetel Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Globetel shall, at ENTGlobetel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Globetel or ENT Globetel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT PEG Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT PEG shall, at ENTPEG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT PEG or ENT PEG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT NL shall, at ENTNL’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT NL or ENT NL Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Airespring shall, at ENTAirespring’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Airespring or ENT Airespring Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Covista shall, at ENTCovista’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Covista or ENT Covista Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Voxbeam Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Voxbeam shall, at ENTVoxbeam’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by VerizonXxxxxxx, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Voxbeam or ENT Voxbeam Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT InteleTel shall, at ENTInteleTel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT InteleTel or ENT InteleTel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT PNG shall, at ENTPNG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT PNG or ENT PNG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT TQCI shall, at ENTTQCI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT TQCI or ENT TQCI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT PacOptic shall, at ENTPacOptic’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT PacOptic or ENT PacOptic Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT KDL Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT KDL shall, at ENTKDL’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT KDL or ENT KDL Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT CBB Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT CBB shall, at ENTCBB’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT CBB or ENT CBB Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Xxxx Tell Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Xxxx Tell shall, at ENTXxxx Tell’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Xxxx Tell or ENT Xxxx Tell Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT LNS shall, at ENTLNS’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT LNS or ENT LNS Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Quality Tel Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Quality Tel shall, at ENTQuality Tel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Quality Tel or ENT Quality Tel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Threshold shall, at ENTThreshold’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Threshold or ENT Threshold Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Bandwidth shall, at ENTBandwidth’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Bandwidth or ENT Bandwidth Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT ATI shall, at ENTATI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT ATI or ENT ATI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Synergem Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Synergem shall, at ENTSynergem’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Synergem or ENT Synergem Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT NHC Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT NHC shall, at ENT’s NHC s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT NHC or ENT NHC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Ymax Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Ymax shall, at ENTYmax’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Ymax or ENT Ymax Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT VNCI Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT VNCI shall, at ENTVNCI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT VNCI or ENT VNCI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT QuantumShift Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT QuantumShift shall, at ENTQuantumShift’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT QuantumShift or ENT QuantumShift Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Comcast Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Comcast shall, at ENTComcast’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Comcast or ENT Comcast Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Reseller Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT iNetworks shall, at ENTiNetworks’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT iNetworks, Resellers, Reseller Customers, or ENT Customers any third party, for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT NLG Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT NLG shall, at ENTNLG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT NLG or ENT NLG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT MTC Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT MTC shall, at ENTMTC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by VerizonXxxxxxx, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT MTC or ENT MTC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT BCN Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT BCN shall, at ENTBCN’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT BCN or ENT BCN Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Smartrak Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Smartrak shall, at ENTSmartrak’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Smartrak or ENT Smartrak Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT BLC Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT BLC shall, at ENT’s BLC s expense, obtain any rights and righstand authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT BLC or ENT BLC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Selectel Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Selectel shall, at ENTSelectel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Selectel or ENT Selectel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT McGraw Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT XxXxxx shall, at ENTMcGraw’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT XxXxxx or ENT McGraw Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT CPV Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT CPV shall, at ENTCPV’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT CPV or ENT CPV Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT Xxxxx Journal Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT Xxxxx Journal shall, at ENTXxxxx Journal’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Xxxxx Journal or ENT Xxxxx Journal Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Navtel shall, at ENTNavtel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Navtel or ENT Navtel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT One Voice Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT One Voice shall, at ENTOne Voice’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by VerizonXxxxxxx, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT One Voice or ENT One Voice Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT API shall, at ENTAPI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT API or ENT API Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT 365 shall, at ENT365’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT 365 or ENT 365 Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT DNA shall, at ENTDNA’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT DNA or ENT DNA Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT XXX shall, at ENT’s XXX’x expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT XXX or ENT XXX Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Global Link shall, at ENTGlobal Link’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Global Link or ENT Global Link Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT BLC shall, at ENTBLC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT BLC or ENT BLC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ENT New Horizons Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ENT New Horizons shall, at ENTNew Horizons’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT New Horizons or ENT New Horizons Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ENT Nettalk shall, at ENTNettalk’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by ENT Nettalk or ENT Nettalk Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.
