Common use of Facilities Clause in Contracts

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS shall, at GNAPS’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS or GNAPS Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Reconex shall, at GNAPSReconex’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Reconex or GNAPS Reconex Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Z-Tel shall, at GNAPSZ-Tel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Z-Tel or GNAPS Z-Tel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS VarTec shall, at GNAPSVarTec’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS VarTec or GNAPS VarTec Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS NUI shall, at GNAPSNUI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS NUI or GNAPS NUI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS MLTC shall, at GNAPSMLTC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS MLTC or GNAPS MLTC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Rhythms shall, at GNAPS’s Rhythms' expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Rhythms or GNAPS Rhythms Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Access Point shall, at GNAPSAccess Point’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Access Point or GNAPS Access Point Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS BTLLC shall, at GNAPSBTLLC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS BTLLC or GNAPS BTLLC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS MetTel shall, at GNAPSMetTel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS MetTel or GNAPS MetTel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS MMG shall, at GNAPSMMG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS MMG or GNAPS MMG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS D&E shall, at GNAPSD&E’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS D&E or GNAPS D&E Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS BullsEye shall, at GNAPSBullsEye’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS BullsEye or GNAPS BullsEye Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Synopsis shall, at GNAPSSynopsis’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Synopsis or GNAPS Synopsis Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS NOW shall, at GNAPSNOW’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS NOW or GNAPS NOW Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Rhythms shall, at GNAPS’s Rhythms' expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Rhythms or GNAPS Rhythms Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Neutral Tandem shall, at GNAPSNeutral Tandem’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Neutral Tandem or GNAPS Neutral Tandem Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Talk Unlimited Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Talk Unlimited shall, at GNAPSTalk Unlimited’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Talk Unlimited or GNAPS Talk Unlimited Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Syniverse shall, at GNAPSSyniverse’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Syniverse or GNAPS Syniverse Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS BitWise shall, at GNAPSBitWise’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS BitWise or GNAPS BitWise Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS GCTC shall, at GNAPSGCTC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS GCTC or GNAPS GCTC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Direct2Internet shall, at GNAPSDirect2Internet’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Direct2Internet or GNAPS Direct2Internet Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Hello Depot shall, at GNAPSHello Depot’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Hello Depot or GNAPS Hello Depot Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS IG2 shall, at GNAPSIG2’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS IG2 or GNAPS IG2 Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS InterGlobe shall, at GNAPSInterGlobe’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS InterGlobe or GNAPS InterGlobe Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Cypress Communications Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Cypress Communications shall, at GNAPS’s Cypress Communications’ expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 . Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Cypress Communications or GNAPS Cypress Communications Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS RACC Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS RACC shall, at GNAPSRACC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS RACC or GNAPS RACC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS A-Tech Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS A-Tech shall, at GNAPSA-Tech’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS A-Tech or GNAPS A-Tech Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Talk Unlimited Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Talk Unlimited shall, at GNAPSTalk Unlimited’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Talk Unlimited or GNAPS Talk Unlimited Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Velocity Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Velocity shall, at GNAPSVelocity’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Velocity or GNAPS Velocity Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone shall, at GNAPSNew ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone or GNAPS New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Premiere shall, at GNAPSPremiere’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Premiere or GNAPS Premiere Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.Services.‌‌‌‌‌

GNAPS RVP shall, at GNAPSRVP’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS RVP or GNAPS RVP Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS STG Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS STG shall, at GNAPSSTG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS STG or GNAPS STG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Norcom Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Norcom shall, at GNAPSNorcom’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Norcom or GNAPS Norcom Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Winn Telecom Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Winn Telecom shall, at GNAPSWinn Telecom’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Winn Telecom or GNAPS Winn Telecom Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS NTC Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS NTC shall, at GNAPSNTC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS NTC or GNAPS NTC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Phone-Link Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Phone-Link shall, at GNAPSPhone-Link’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Phone- Link or GNAPS Phone-Link Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Intrado Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Intrado shall, at GNAPSIntrado’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Intrado or GNAPS Intrado Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Teleconex Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Teleconex shall, at GNAPSTeleconex’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Teleconex or GNAPS Teleconex Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.Services.‌‌‌‌‌

GNAPS New Horizons shall, at GNAPSNew Horizons’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS New Horizons or GNAPS New Horizons Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Tech Com Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Tech Com shall, at GNAPSTech Com’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS Tech Com or GNAPS Tech Com Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Snappy Phone Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Snappy Phone shall, at GNAPSSnappy Phone’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Snappy Phone or GNAPS Snappy Phone Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS InteleTel Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS InteleTel shall, at GNAPSInteleTel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS InteleTel or GNAPS InteleTel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS ReFlex Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS ReFlex shall, at GNAPSReFlex’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS ReFlex or GNAPS ReFlex Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS First Comm Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS First Comm shall, at GNAPSFirst Comm’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS First Comm or GNAPS First Comm Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS SBCT Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS SBCT shall, at GNAPSSBCT’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS SBCT or GNAPS SBCT Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS GNAPs Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS GNAPs shall, at GNAPSGNAPs’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS GNAPs or GNAPS GNAPs Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

GNAPS Airespring shall, at GNAPSAirespring’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Airespring or GNAPS Airespring Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Verizon Avenue Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Verizon Avenue shall, at GNAPSVerizon Avenue’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Verizon Avenue or GNAPS Verizon Avenue Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS OneStar Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS OneStar shall, at GNAPSOneStar’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring wiring, provided by GNAPS OneStar or GNAPS OneStar Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS DSLnet Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS DSLnet shall, at GNAPSDSLnet’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS DSLnet or GNAPS DSLnet Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to GNAPS Ygnition Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. GNAPS Ygnition shall, at GNAPSYgnition’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring provided by GNAPS Ygnition or GNAPS Ygnition Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.
