The Facilities Maintenance clause outlines the responsibilities for maintaining and repairing the physical premises covered by the agreement. Facilities Maintenance. The Teachers, Lead Teachers and Principals shall work collaboratively with the maintenance department to develop and implement a health and safety procedure to keep the facilities running at their optimal level. Facilities Maintenance. An overtime list shall be made annually of those Facilities Maintenance employees wishing to be called for overtime, other than stand-by. Overtime opportunities shall be offered on a rotational basis to the qualified by trade and available employees on the list initially by seniority.
Facilities Maintenance. Licensee agrees to maintain the Facilities and any other City property to which it, its employees, agents, licensees or any member of the public has access to by reason of this Agreement in good condition. Reasonable wear and tear, act of God, or casualties beyond the control of Licensee are excepted. Licensee agrees to pay the costs of repair or replacement for any and all damages caused by Licensee’s use of the Facilities that occurred during the term of this Agreement in order to restore the Facilities and any other City property affected by the Event to a condition equal to that before use of the same was permitted hereunder.

Facilities Maintenance. Agency agrees that it shall adhere to, follow and implement the energy conservation procedures and methods of operation to be set forth on Schedule J (Agency’s Maintenance Responsibilities), to be attached hereto and made a part hereof after Agency's approval.
Facilities Maintenance. 3.1 The Local Government shall at all times during the Term in all things keep and maintain -
(a) the Facilities well cleansed and drained and in good sanitary condition;
(b) all buildings fences gates and other improvements now or hereafter comprising the Facilities in good tenantable repair order and condition; and
(c) all grassed areas on the Facilities so that a uniform coverage of grass is obtained.
Facilities Maintenance. 1. Perform inspections of all areas of all sites of the cable station, including interior and exterior of the building, grounding, power equipment, and air conditioning where applicable.
2. Inspect internal and external appearances and conditions of cable station where applicable.
3. Manage site repairs and modifications where applicable.
4. Manage site cleaning for all parts of cable station.
5. Provide access to the sites (cable station and telehouse) to customers and approved third party contractors, as necessary.
6. Perform inspections to ensure that power equipment, grounding, and air conditioning at the telehouse are functioning at optimum levels for the proper operation of all telecommunications equipment. Schedule 8
Facilities Maintenance. CONCESSIONAIRE shall maintain the premises for CONCESSIONAIRE’S use as identified in Attachment A , i.e. standards of repair, orderliness, neatness, sanitation and safety acceptable to The Township. Such maintenance shall include daily and continuous maintenance of the concession area, removal of trash and refuse from the premises.
Facilities Maintenance. At its own expense, the District shall maintain all District Facilities and equipment used by the City pursuant to this Agreement in a good, clean, and safe working condition in the same manner as other classrooms or other District Facilities used exclusively by the District and shall provide all custodial services for such Facilities as set forth in Exhibit B.
Facilities Maintenance. Stillwater shall maintain Pool facilities during the term of this Agreement at a high level and in a manner such that at the end of the term of this Agreement the Pool is in the same or better condition as it was as of the commencement of this Agreement. YMCA shall be responsible for all regular custodial cleaning of all Pool facilities. Stillwater shall be responsible for routine maintenance items, including but not limited to painting, prompt light bulb replacement as needed, and prompt repair of all plumbing issues (e.g. clogged pipes). Stillwater shall be responsible for major repairs of city-owned buildings and assets including repairs of structural or roof issues on buildings, any major plumbing and electrical issues requiring installation and/or re-routing of pipes or wiring, and any major appliance repairs or replacement. All requests for major repairs shall be provided to Stillwater in writing.
