Common use of FACILITIES DUE ON Clause in Contracts

FACILITIES DUE ON. DEMAND If, pursuant to Clause 25.1 (Events of Default), the Facility Agent declares the Advances to be due and payable on demand of the Facility Agent, then, and at any time thereafter, the Facility Agent may (and, if so instructed by an Instructing Group, shall) by written notice to the Borrowers call for repayment of the Advances on such date as it may specify in such notice (whereupon the same shall become due and payable on such date together with, in the case of payments in respect of Advances, accrued interest thereon and any other sums then owed by the Obligors hereunder) or withdraw its declaration with effect from such date as it may specify in such notice.
