Common use of Facilities and settings Clause in Contracts

Facilities and settings. (a) The Pharmacy from which you provide ARRC Pharmacy Services must be licensed by the Ministry of Health. (b) You must provide a delivery service to ARRC Service Users in ARRC Facilities. (c) If you use a local or remote packaging facility, you may only do so with our prior approval and on the basis that the packaging facility will deliver the Pharmaceuticals to you for final checking, and following such check you must deliver the Pharmaceuticals to the ARRC Facility.
