FAA. De oplysninger om flytrafik (Aircraft Situation Display og National Airspace System Status Information) – i det følgende kaldet “Flydata” – der vises af Apple-software kommer fra Federal Aviation Administration. Du erklærer dig indforstået med ikke at videredistribuere Flydata uden skriftlig tilladelse fra FAA. FAA og Apple fraskiver sig enhver udtrykkelig eller underforstået garanti (inklusive underforståede garantier for godt købmandskab og egnethed til bestemte formål) med hensyn til brug og nøjagtighed af disse Flydata. Licenstager erklærer sig indforstået med, at FAA og Apple hverken har noget kollektivt eller individuelt erstatningsansvar i forbindelse med tab, skader, erstatningskrav, ansvar, omkostninger og bøder eller i forbindelse med indirekte skader, specielle skader, sekundære skader, hændelige uheld eller følgeskader, der skyldes brug af Flydata. Apple-software er ikke sponsoreret eller godkendt af FAA. FAA har intet ansvar for tekniske problemer eller systemfejl, og licenstager skal ikke kontakte FAA i forbindelse med sådanne problemer eller problemer med trafikafviklingen.
FAA. This Arbitration Provision is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by and enforceable under the FAA. The arbitrator will apply substantive law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations. The arbitrator may award damages or other types of relief permitted by applicable substantive law, subject to the limitations set forth in this Arbitration Provision. The arbitrator will not be bound by judicial rules of procedure and evidence that would apply in a court. The arbitrator shall take steps to reasonably protect confidential information.
FAA. “FAA” shall mean, as the context requires, the United States Federal Aviation Administration and/or the Administrator of the United States Federal Aviation Administration, or any person, governmental department, bureau, commission or agency succeeding to the functions of either of the foregoing.
FAA. “FAA” means the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States government, and any federal agency succeeding to its jurisdiction.

FAA. 1. The MCO will perform the scope of work included in this Agreement. The following individuals serve as FAA points of contact and liaisons with the Sponsors and can be reached as follows. These liaisons are not authorized to make any commitment, or otherwise obligate the FAA, or authorize any changes which affect the estimated cost, period of performance, or other terms and conditions of this Agreement. FAA. Each Fastener Subsidiary (i) is in compliance with all applicable regulations, directives, advisory circulars or similar official documents issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) and/or foreign aviation authorities (collectively, “Aviation Regulations”), (ii) has not violated, been subject to an investigation with respect to, or made voluntary disclosures with respect to potential violations of any Aviation Regulations, and (iii) has not been cited by the FAA for any discrepancies or violations during inspections or audits since the Compliance Date. No party has written or issued any FAA Service Bulletins or any other Actions as to either Fastener Subsidiary or any products of any Fastener Subsidiary at any time since the Compliance Date, and no such Bulletins or other Actions are pending. The FAA has not issued any Air Worthiness Directives as to any Fastener Subsidiary or any products of any Fastener Subsidiary at any time since the Compliance Date, and no such Directives are pending. To the Seller’s Knowledge, the Fastener Subsidiaries have sold only Fastener Business products and no products of Company or the Company Subsidiaries since the Compliance Date. None of Company or any Company Subsidiary has sold any Fastener Business products since the Compliance Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 4.20 does not apply to Intellectual Property matters (which are instead addressed in Section 4.18).
FAA. For a Subscriber that is a United States of America resident, this Section 8 is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by and enforceable under the FAA. The arbitrator will apply substantive law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations. The arbitrator may award damages or other types of relief permitted by applicable substantive law, subject to the limitations set forth in this Section 8.
