Common use of F7 Novation Clause in Contracts

F7 Novation. F7.1 XXX shall be entitled to assign, novate or otherwise dispose of its rights and obligations under this Contract or any part thereof to any Contracting Authority, public body or to a private sector body which substantially performs the functions of XXX, provided that any such assignment, novation or other disposal shall not increase the burden of the Contractor’s obligations under this Contract;
