The F7 Monitoring of Contract Performance clause establishes the requirement for ongoing oversight and assessment of how well the parties are fulfilling their contractual obligations. Without prejudice to clause F8 (Key Performance Indicators) and clause F9 (Performance Improvement Process), the Provider shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in Schedule 2 (Monitoring Requirements) including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Provider may be required to produce under the Contract.
