F unds. The funds, including any fiat, virtual currency or cryptocurrency, Buyer uses to purchase HILL Tokens are not derived from or related to any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing, and Buyer will not use the HILL Tokens to finance, engage in, or otherwise support any unlawful activities.
F unds. Take possession of all funds and deposits of Borrower on hand or deposited in any account at Funding Lender or any branch at Funding Lender and apply said funds in such order of priority as Funding Lender may elect in connection with the obligations of Borrower, hereunder, under the Borrower Notes, the Trust Deed and the other Borrower Loan Documents.
