F acilities. The Association and/or its representatives shall have the right to use the school buildings for meetings and equipment without rental charge but will provide the building administration with advance notice of the building use and will fill out building use forms.
F acilities. It is mutually understood that PROVIDER will provide services at the following facilities: PROVIDER and COUNTY may mutually agree in writing to add, change, modify, or delete facility location(s) as necessary to best serve the needs of COUNTY and Participants to be served under this MOU.
F acilities. The Government will assess the offeror’s ability to provide the facilities, oversight, and management experience required to perform the duties as defined in the PWS. The Government contract requires the use of established, professional foreign language schools. The Government will assess the location, capacity, and furnishings of the offeror’s facility, their suitability for intensive language learning, and readily available access to equipment (i.e. computers, internet, and audio/video support IAW Section C-11 of the PWS). The Government will not only assess the physical plant, but will also evaluate the offeror’s overall experience with the day-to-day operations of a professional language school. The Government reserves the right to visit proposed facilities as part of the evaluation process.
