EXXE Sample Clauses

EXXE. Bay View and the EXXE Stockholder Committee each agree that such arbitration shall be the exclusive forum for any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or breach or termination of this Agreement; and further agree that in arbitration their remedy at law shall not include punitive damages.
