Exult Supplier may terminate any Assigned Employee's Assignment at any time on giving two week's written notice to the Appropriate Affiliate, provided that in this case only Exult Supplier's obligation to deduct from charges invoiced to the Client the costs of employing such an Assigned Employee incurred by an Appropriate Affiliate, shall not cease until the earlier of the end of the Assignment period or the date on which the Assigned Employee's employment with the Appropriate Affiliate ceases.
