Extrusion. The cooled dry blend is off loaded into the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the extruder, and then is fed to the screw & barrel of the extruder, where it is melted and kneaded at varying temperatures up-to 2050 C by rotating screws. The thick paste of PVC material is then passed through a hot die to make the sheet of required thickness.
