Extras Request Sample Clauses

The Extras Request clause defines the process by which a party can request additional goods, services, or work beyond what was originally agreed upon in the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for submitting a request, any required approvals, and how costs or timelines may be adjusted to accommodate the extra work. Its core function is to provide a clear and structured method for handling changes or additions, ensuring both parties understand how such requests are managed and reducing the risk of disputes over scope or payment.
