Extranet Underutilization. If, in any Annual Period, Customer’s Usage Charges for that Annual Period are less than the Extranet Minimum, then Customer will pay: (1) all accrued but unpaid charges incurred by Customer; and (2) an underutilization charge (which Customer hereby agrees is reasonable) equal to the difference between (a) the Extranet Minimum, and (b) the sum of Customer’s Usage Charges for that Annual Period.
