Extracurricular Compensation. The wages and salaries reflected in “Schedules C” and “D,” shall be a part of this Master Agreement.

Extracurricular Compensation. Certified personnel covered by this Agreement, assigned extra-duty activities during the term of this Agreement, shall receive appropriate compensation for the position assigned pursuant to Schedule "B" hereto attached.

Extracurricular Compensation. The authorized voluntary assumption of faculty unit members of the following extracurricular activity supervision at the special schools will be compensated in accordance with the extracurricular compensation schedule, which is based upon work outside the workday. The superintendent and the local COHE president will meet to negotiate the extracurricular compensation schedule for the respective institution. Each schedule will be incorporated herein as part of Appendix I. If a special school decides to establish additional compensated extracurricular activities, or if a vacancy cannot be filled for the compensation on the schedule, the superintendent will determine the appropriate compensation for the vacancy and will, prior to the implementation, inform the president of the COHE chapter of the plans and compensation for the extracurricular activity. The vacancy then will first be offered to suitable applicants from the faculty unit before advertising the position to outside applicants. In the event that there are no suitable applicants for the position, the administration may assign the responsibility to a faculty unit member or to an employee outside the bargaining unit.
Extracurricular Compensation. Licensed staff members who are given extracurricular assignments over and above the duties associated with their regular teaching assignments shall receive supplementary salary consideration according to the High School Athletics Compensation Schedule (Exhibit B-1), High School Activities Compensation Schedule (Exhibit B-2), Middle School Athletics Compensation Schedule (Exhibit B-3), and Middle School Activities Compensation Schedule (Exhibit B-4). The Extracurricular Compensation Schedules are based on the Extracurricular Base, which is increased by the same percentage that is applied to the salary schedule base. The Middle School Athletic Schedule is computed as a percentage of the stated compensation at the Assistant Wrestling and Basketball Coach level on the High School Athletics Compensation Schedule.
Extracurricular Compensation. Sponsors of extracurricular activities shall be paid twice annually. One-half (1/2) of his/her compensation shall be paid the first pay period in November--and the remaining one-half (1/2) shall be paid the first pay period in April. These amounts shall be designated separately on the regular payroll check stub. When duties found on the extracurricular compensation schedules are performed, compensation shall be paid on the first pay period after the end of each sport's season for which these duties were performed.
