Extra Trip Supervision. The District will use its best efforts to provide adult supervision on all extra trip bus assignments. If circumstances arise where adult supervision is not provided on an extra trip assignment and the lack of supervision is of concern to the driver, the driver and/or the Union should immediately bring the matter to the attention of the Director of Transportation to discuss the circumstances and a possible resolution. If the concerns of the driver and/or Union are not satisfied at this meeting, the matter should be brought to the attention of the Business Manager. It is agreed that this Section shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures set forth in Article II of this Agreement.

  • CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.
