Extra Service Projects Clause Samples

The Extra Service Projects clause defines the terms under which additional work, outside the original scope of a contract, may be requested and performed. It typically outlines the process for proposing, approving, and compensating such extra services, often requiring written agreement on scope and fees before work begins. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how unforeseen or supplemental tasks will be handled, preventing disputes over payment or obligations for work not initially contemplated.
