Common use of Extra-provincial Registration Clause in Contracts

Extra-provincial Registration. The Company is licensed, registered or qualified as an extra-provincial or foreign corporation in all jurisdictions where the character of the property or assets thereof owned or leased or the nature of the activities conducted by it make licensing, registration or qualification necessary and is carrying on the business thereof in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of each such jurisdiction.

Extra-provincial Registration. The Company is licensed, registered or qualified as an extra-provincial or extra‐provincial, foreign corporation or an extra‐provincial partnership, as the case may be, in all jurisdictions where the character of the property or assets thereof owned or leased or the nature of the activities conducted by it make such licensing, registration or qualification necessary and is carrying on the business thereof in material compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of each such jurisdiction.

Extra-provincial Registration. The Company Corporation is licensed, registered or qualified as an extra-provincial or foreign corporation in all jurisdictions where the character of the property or assets thereof owned or leased or the nature of the activities conducted by it make making licensing, registration or qualification necessary and is carrying on the business thereof in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of each such jurisdictionnecessary.
