Extra Pharmacist. Extra Pharmacists that are employed under the terms of this Appendix who work up to ten (10) hours on any workday shall be compensated at their straight-time hourly wage rate. Extra Pharmacists working more than ten (10) hours on any workday shall receive time and one-half (1½) their straight-time hourly wage rate for all hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours on any workday. For purposes of this provision, an Extra Pharmacist shall be defined as a Pharmacist who works two (2) or less days per week, including a week in which a holiday occurs. Extra Pharmacists working on a holiday, as set forth in Item 13 A-1 herein, shall be compensated at the applicable holiday premium.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Wholesaler Also referred to as Vendor, Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor, or Prime Vendor, is a business that functions as a purchaser’s source of distribution for a wide array of pharmaceutical and related Products as identified by the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility. A Wholesaler is responsible for maintaining and distributing an Adequate Supply of pharmaceuticals and related Products and any other items contracted for that are dispensed through the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facilities’ pharmacy service.

  • Technicians A G.S.E. Coordinator also may be required to perform Technician's work in the G.S.E. shop.
