External Transfer Limits Sample Clauses

The External Transfer Limits clause sets boundaries on the amount or frequency of funds that can be transferred from an account to external parties or institutions. Typically, this clause outlines daily, weekly, or monthly caps on outgoing transfers, and may specify different limits based on the type of account or method of transfer, such as wire or ACH. Its core function is to mitigate the risk of fraud or unauthorized withdrawals, while also helping account holders manage their funds and comply with regulatory requirements.
