The External Promotion clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the marketing or advertising of a party’s products, services, or brand by third parties or in external channels. EXTERNAL PROMOTION. 1. Utilizing plexiglass display units provided by JMC (3-5 per branch) appropriately placed in branch customer locations (teller lines, new accounts, etc.). EXTERNAL PROMOTION. DIDAX will perform the following promotion services during Phase I: - Site submission to general and specialty directories - Recommendation to award sites and site-of-the-day pages - Announcements to industry-related mailing lists and newsgroups - Link exchanges with related sites and indices - Banner advertisement suggestions for search engines, directories, and other relevant sites
EXTERNAL PROMOTION. ENA will promote ChemConnect and the use of the WCE outside its organization as ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ appropriate, as follows: ENA will from time to time provide support and assistance to ChemConnect in its networking and relationship development efforts within the chemicals industry through endorsements ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ appropriate to potential ChemConnect customers, suppliers, purchasers, chemicals-industry-related technology licensors or licensees, and potential lenders to or investors in ChemConnect that ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ appropriate.ChemConnect will provide marketing support and promotion of Charter Member on ChemConnect’s web site, including linksto Charter Member’s web site and feature advertising on such web site and support for designated products at a level to be mutually agreed, all at no cost to Charter Member. 2. CHEMCONNECT OBLIGATIONS 2. 1Technical Support and Training. ChemConnect will provide basic training to appropriate ENA employees who are active users of the WCE, including business unit level training on use of the WCE, as well as telephone/e-mail support five days per week, twenty hours per day, for ENA’s personnel-users of the WCE, all at no cost to ENA. ChemConnect will implement and make available to ENA telephone/e-mail support seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day, as soon as reasonably practicable.
EXTERNAL PROMOTION. 1. In case either NAVER or LINE+ exposes any press release or promotional document externally in relation to this Agreement, the disclosing party shall consult with the counterpart in advance at all times. 2. Should one party experiences tangible or intangible loss from the violation of the stipulation defined in Article 14, the party at fault shall bear the responsibilities to compensate for the incurred damages.

  • EXTERNAL SERVICES The Platform may enable access to third-party services and websites and Applications (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. NCR Voyix is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services. Data displayed by any External Service, including but not limited to financial, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by NCR Voyix or its agents. You will not use the External Services in any manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree not to use the External Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or defame any person or entity, and that NCR Voyix is not responsible for any such use. External Services may not be available in all languages or in your home country and may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use such External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. NCR Voyix reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any External Services at any time without notice or liability to you.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.

  • Promotion A promotion shall mean the transfer of an employee to a higher level position of more responsibility as well as salary.

  • Strategy As an organization without operational services (fuel, maintenance, etc.), and in consideration that the majority of potential issues come from boat maintenance whereby the boats are personal property, the predominant strategy will be the minimization of on-site waste. With this approach, the organization will have minimal potential impact on the environment and reduce regulatory risk. To accomplish this, requirements will be established by policy, periodic communications shall occur, and audits will be utilized to provide feedback for improvement.
