EXTERNAL PLATFORMS. 27.1. The following additional provisions apply to clients utilising our external platforms, including but not limited to MT4 platform (the “External Platform”). If you utilise the External Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following additional terms and conditions and authorise us to act accordingly by signing and returning the Notice Letter.

  • Platform (i) Each Loan Party agrees that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Communications (as defined below) available to the L/C Issuers and the other Lenders by posting the Communications on Debt Domain, Intralinks, Syndtrak or a substantially similar electronic transmission system (the “Platform”).

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.
