Common use of External Content Clause in Contracts

External Content. Customer may be able to access or is required to access third party web- sites, app stores and/or material and/or download third party software from such websites or app stores in order to use the Services, Software or Hardware Devices. Neither ABB nor Reseller operate or control any third-party websites, app stores or any other material, infor- mation, software, services, opinions or other content provided by third parties, including on the internet (collectively, " External Content "). Use of External Content is subject to Custom- er's acceptance of the applicable third-party terms of use and Customer acknowledges and agrees that any contractual relationship related to External Content is solely between Cus- tomer and the provider of such External Content. ABB makes no warranties or representa- tions and has no obligation, responsibility or liability for External Content and Customer's use of External Content to the extent permitted by Laws. Customer waives any right or claim of right against ABB relating to External Content.
