Common use of External Audit Clause in Contracts

External Audit. (1) Within sixty (60) days, the Bank shall retain the services of a qualified and independent Certified Public Accountant to render an opinion on the Bank's Statement of Condition (“Balance Sheet”) for March 31, 2004, and the Bank’s Statement of Condition and Income Statement each subsequent year-ending March 31 during the term of this Agreement.

(1) Within sixty ninety (6090) days, the Bank shall retain the services of a qualified and independent Certified Public Accountant to render an opinion on the Bank's December 31, 2002, Statement of Condition (“Balance Sheet”) and its Income Statement for March 31, 2004, year 2002 and the Bank’s for each subsequent year-end Statement of Condition and Income Statement each subsequent year-ending March 31 during the term of this Agreement.
