Extent of Responsibility and Site Conditions. Section 3.10.1 The Design-Builder does not warrant or guarantee estimates and schedules except those that are included as part of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment. The recommendations and advice of the Design-Builder concerning design alternatives shall be subject to the review and approval of the Department and the Department’s professional consultants.
