Common use of Extension or Amendment of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment of Receivables. No Seller Party will, except as otherwise permitted in Section 8.2(c), extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Pool Receivable, or amend, modify or waive any material term or condition of any Contract related thereto in any way that adversely affects the collectibility of any Pool Receivable or the Purchaser's rights therein.

Extension or Amendment of Receivables. No Seller Party will, except as otherwise permitted in Section 8.2(c), extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Pool Receivable, or amend, modify or waive any material term or condition of any Contract related thereto in any way that adversely affects the collectibility of any Pool Receivable or the Purchaser's Investors’ rights therein.
