Extension of time/Termination of Services. Any period within which a Party shall, pursuant to this Agreement, complete any action or task, shall be extended for a period equal to the time during which such Party was unable to perform such action as a result of Force Majeure, to be decided at the sole discretion of the Authority. Not later than fifteen (15) days after the Consultant has, as the result of an event of Force Majeure, become unable to perform a material portion of the Services, the Authority will be at liberty to terminate the Agreement and award the same to another party.
