Extension of Obligations and Negotiations of Claims. To renew or extend the timeof payment of any obligation, secured or unsecured, to or by the Trust, for as long a period or periods of time and on such terms as the Trustee shall determine, and to adjust, settle, compromise,and arbitrate claims on demands in favor of or against the Trust upon such terms as the Trustee may deem advisable, subject to the procedures contained in 2.01.
