Extension for Corrected Work. Any Work re-performed and any part of the Site that is reworked, repaired or replaced in satisfaction of Seller’s obligations in connection with the Warranty will be re-warranted by Seller pursuant to the same Warranty set forth in this article 23 , and Seller will have the same obligations in relation thereto as set forth in this article 23 for a period equal to eighteen
