Common use of Extended Term Awaiting FCC Approval Clause in Contracts

Extended Term Awaiting FCC Approval. If Manager is buying the Disaggregated License as permitted or required under Sections 11.2.1.2 or 11.2.2.2, then the Term of this agreement will extend beyond the original expiration date until the closing of the purchase of the Disaggregated License. The parties agree to exercise their respective commercially reasonable efforts to obtain FCC approval of the transfer of the Disaggregated License.
