EXTENDED SUSPENSION. 1. If, for good cause shown or after being issued a warning and being placed on a one-day suspension without pay, an employee continues to perform his or her work in an unsatisfactory manner, persists in engaging in the violation of a District work instruction, policy or procedure, or continues to manifest the unacceptable behavior or conduct for which the employee was issued a warning and placed on a one-day suspension without pay, the EO may suspend the employee from work without pay for a period of up to two weeks. Prior to placing an employee on an extended suspension without pay, the EO shall cause to be served on the employee a written Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action, which shall contain the following information: (i) a statement of the action which is proposed to be taken, (ii) a statement of the factual basis for this proposed disciplinary action, (iii) a specific reference to any District work instruction, policy or procedure which the employee is alleged to have violated, (iv) a specification of the action(s) which the employee should take to correct the basis for this disciplinary action and the possible consequences of a failure by the employee to take such corrective action, (v) a statement that the employee may review and request copies of materials upon which the proposed disciplinary action is based, and (vi) a statement that the employee will be given an opportunity to address the charges supporting this disciplinary action with the EO prior to the suspension becoming effective.

EXTENDED SUSPENSION. In the event that the duration of the suspensions by Company exceed ninety (90) Days in the aggregate, then Contractor may give notice to the Company’s Representative requesting permission to proceed. If permission is not granted within twenty (20) Days of the delivery of such notice, Contractor may terminate its obligations under the Contract by so notifying Company in writing, and Contractor shall be entitled to payments as described in Section 19.2.2.
EXTENDED SUSPENSION. In the event suspensions by Owner exceed one hundred and twenty (120) days in the aggregate and provided that such suspensions do not arise as a result of default on the part of Contractor under this EPC Contract or on the part of Supplier under the Supply Contract or an event of Force Majeure (in which case SECTION 22.5 (Extended Force Majeure) shall apply), then Contractor may give notice to the Owner's Representative requesting permission to proceed within twenty-eight (28) days. If permission is not granted within that time, Contractor may by giving notice to Owner and treat the suspension as an Owner's Change omitting the affected part of the Works. The provisions of SECTION 8.3 (Requests) relating to reduction of the EPC Contract Price shall not apply to the suspension. If the suspension affects the whole of the Works, Contractor may terminate its obligations under this EPC Contract by so notifying Owner in writing and Contractor shall be entitled to be paid as provided in SUBSECTION 21.1.5 (Termination for convenience) or, if applicable, SECTION 22.5 (Extended Force Majeure).

If permission is not granted within that time, Contractor may terminate its obligations under this EPC Contract by so notifying Owner in writing and Contractor shall be entitled to be paid:
EXTENDED SUSPENSION. If the provision of Services under the Ordering Form is suspended pursuant to Clause 19.1 of, the Call-Off Terms for a period of more than thirty (30) days the Supplier shall be entitled to terminate the provision of Services immediately on written notice to the Buyer.
EXTENDED SUSPENSION. If suspension has continued for more than one hundred eighty (180) Days, the Parties shall meet to assess the situation. If, within thirty (30) Days, they are unable to agree on a basis for maintaining the suspension and the conditions for eventual resumption of Work, Owner shall terminate for convenience under Article 27.
