Extended shift agreements. 24.6.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 24.1(b) and Clause 24.2(a)(i) the parties may reach agreement, such agreement to not be unreasonably withheld, for the working of up to 12 hour shifts in accordance with Clause 12 Introduction of change and Clause 45 Dispute Resolution, of this Agreement provided that:
a) Any such agreement shall comply with and be processed according to the provisions of this Agreement.
