Common use of Extended Services Clause in Contracts

Extended Services. If asked by an authorized requestor, a LAP may choose, but not be required to stay beyond the scheduled end time of an appointment. If the LAP chooses to stay at the request of the authorized requestor, the LAP will be paid based on the check-in and check-out times and in accordance with the applicable rate(s) in this Article.
