Extended Requirements Clause Samples
The Extended Requirements clause defines additional obligations or specifications that go beyond the standard terms of an agreement. This clause typically outlines extra deliverables, performance standards, or compliance measures that a party must meet, such as providing enhanced reporting, meeting higher quality benchmarks, or adhering to supplementary regulations. By clearly stating these extended expectations, the clause ensures both parties understand and agree to any heightened responsibilities, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over the scope of work or compliance.
Extended Requirements. If Customer requires extended world-wide and/or country specific safety or regulatory agency certifications (including testing, reports and certificates) for the ODM Product beyond those that Flextronics shall obtain and maintain as described in (a), above, (“Extended Requirements”) Customer shall define such Extended Requirements in a product requirements document (“PRD”). Flextronics shall work with Customer to obtain and maintain such Extended Requirements in accordance to the timeline designated in the PRD. The parties shall negotiate in good faith about the costs for such Extended Requirements, taking into account whether the Extended Requirements are common to other Flextronics customers or unique to Customer.
Extended Requirements. If products and / or services are used in areas with extended requirements (e.g. risk of consequential loss), this will be accordingly communicated by REHAU (e.g. Technical delivery specification purchasing TDS).
