Common use of Extended Purchase Pricing Period Clause in Contracts

Extended Purchase Pricing Period. An Advance Notice selecting an Extended Purchase Pricing Period shall only be deemed delivered if such notice is received by the Investor via e-mail not earlier than 4:00 p.m. New York City time on the calendar day prior to the Trading Day specified in the Advance Notice and the Investor delivers to the Company an Extended Purchase Confirmation for such Advance Notice (at the Investor’s discretion), prior to or on such Trading Day, at the time specified by the Investor in the Extended Purchase Confirmation.
